Follow-Up Classes for Mindfulness Course Graduates
We are committed to offering an ongoing programme of support for people who've completed an eight-week mindfulness course. Currently, this takes the form of:
- Twice-monthly 'graduate' practice evenings (held on Mondays)
- Quarterly 'mindful morning' graduate practice sessions (held on Wednesdays)
- Twice-yearly 'graduate' day retreats (held on Sundays)
