For those that have taken an 8-week mindfulness course (or equivalent) with us or another teacher we want to support you to develop, deepen or reconnect with your practice in a group environment and to share your experience with others. We are offering the following ways to do this:
- Twice-monthly evening practice sessions (mondays).
- Quarterly mindful mornings (wednesdays).
- Quarterly weekend retreat days (Sundays).
- Yearly residential weekend retreat.
