For those that have taken an 8-week mindfulness course (or equivalent) with us or another teacher we offer support for you to develop, deepen or reconnect with your practice in a group environment and to share your experience with others.
We are currently offering the following practice sessions, courses, workshops and retreats for graduates:

- Monthly Monday Evening Graduate Practice Sessions (in-person and via Zoom)
- Monthly Monday Evening Mindfulness sessions (via Zoom). Open to anyone
- 'Mindful Morning' Graduate Practice Sessions (in-person and via Zoom)
- Sunday Retreat Days (in-person and via Zoom)
- Monthly Mindful Communication Practice Group
- Monthly Mindful Compassion-Focused Practice Group
- One-to-One Online Mindfulness Mentoring (in-person and via Zoom)
- Individual and Group Supervision for Mindfulness Teachers
We offer in-person attendance for our most of our graduate programme - in-person sessions take place at the Old School, Cuckfield, West Sussex. However, it is possible to attend any of our graduate sessions via Zoom if you are not able to join us in person.
All our courses are taught by Ed Halliwell.
As with all our courses we offer concessionary rates for anyone who would not otherwise be able to attend due to financial circumstances. Please contact us to confidentially discuss your circumstances. If there have been any changes to your personal circumstances which may affect your current suitability for these sessions, or which it may be important for us to know about (see FAQs for examples), please contact us for a confidential discussion.
Please note: Our graduate sessions are intended only for people who've already completed an eight-week mindfulness course, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. If you have completed your course with another provider, we will send you a short questionnaire to fill in after you make your booking.
To book for any of our graduate sessions please use our booking system below which will allow you to book multiple dates in one transaction. Payments are made using PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. To pay by credit / debit card then please scroll down when you get to the PayPal payment page during the booking process. Below the PayPal log in section you will see a link to pay by credit / debit card which is called 'Check out as guest'. Click on this and you can then enter your payment details without an account. Alternatively, please contact us if you would like to use another payment method. Once your booking is made you will receive an automatic response confirming details of your booking.
Please note where the system says 'wait' instead of 'book' this means that session (or group of sessions) is fully booked. By clicking on the 'wait' button you can register to be on the waiting list for the session(s).
We are sorry but it is not possible to refund individual sessions that are booked as part of a reduced price multiple session booking. However, if you can give us advance notice we will try to transfer you to another date or offer you the chance to use the session as part-payment for an alternative event. Please note that we cannot take payment on the day, and any refunds are subject to a 3 per cent administration charge which is made by our payment system provider Paypal.
