Mindful Monday Evenings
These sessions offer an opportunity for guided group practice, short talks and exploration of mindfulness-related themes (eg practising gratitude, working with difficulty, self-compassion) with others who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or equivalent. The sessions are held via Zoom, usually on the third Monday evening of each month between 7.00-8.30pm UK time. Sessions can be booked individually at a cost of £16 per session, and there is currently a reduced price available to those who book all ten 2026 sessions in advance (£120 rather than £160 if booked individually).
