Practising Mindfulness In Uncertain Times

We live in unstable times, thanks a global pandemic which is constantly evolving and affecting every aspect of our lives. Political and economic uncertainty come with the more immediate threat to health. In this workshop, we'll explore how mindfulness training and practice can help us ride the choppy waters of day-to-day life in the midst of these challenges. Coping with change, cultivating steadiness and presence, appreciating the good, managing the difficult and maintaining self-care will all be key themes, and there will be opportunity for each of us to explore how we can best respond to what life is bringing us.
