Start The Month With Mindfulness - Monday Mornings

This new Monday morning practice and inquiry group is for anyone who's taken an 8-week course and would like to practise with others in community, exploring the delights and difficulties of living mindfully together. Many people say that meeting, sharing experience and learning with like-minded others is one of the most supportive elements of a mindfulness course, so this group is intended to meet that need for connection - there will be guided practice, but also space to reflect together on themes that are coming up in our lives and how we can meet them mindfully.

The group will meet on the first Monday of each month from 10am-11.30am and you can book for all four 2023 sessions at a reduced price of £50 or each single session for £15.
