Booking Information for Eight-Week Mindfulness Courses
The total cost of the eight-week course is £295.The course price includes 8 weekly sessions lasting 2.25 hours each, plus an orientation session, the six-hour day retreat, and all audios/course materials.
A £50 deposit will secure your place and full payment is due one month prior to the start date. You can pay by debit or credit card using the secure PayPal payment process in our booking system (located further down this page). You will receive an automatic booking acknowledgement and we will e-mail you with registration details. For alternative payment methods please contact us. If the course is fully booked, the booking system will show the option to 'wait' rather than 'book' - please click on this to join the waiting list.
Concessionary and Corporate Rates: We believe than no-one should be unable to take a mindfulness course due to lack of financial resources, and therefore we offer a number of concessionary places.. We are also able to offer one fully sponsored place for a registered carer on each course. Please contact us for further information on concessionary and sponsored places. We also accept invoices from employers subject to our corporate rates.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that we are unable to offer transfers or refunds less than one month before the start date of your course/workshop/session/series of sessions, or once a course/workshop/session/series of sessions has begun. Any refunds are subject to a 3 per cent administration charge which is made by our payment system provider Paypal.
Booking Notes: We use PayPal to manage all our online payments but you do not need a PayPal account. If you would like to pay directly by credit / debit card then please scroll down when you get to the PayPal payment page during the booking process. Below the PayPal log in section you will see a link to pay by credit / debit card which is called 'Check out as guest'. Click on this and you can then enter your payment details without an account. Alternatively, please contact us if you would like to use another payment method.
