Booking for 8-week group mindfulness courses
The total cost of the eight-week group course is £295.The course price includes 8 weekly sessions lasting 2.25 hours each, plus an orientation session, the six-hour day retreat, and all audios/course materials. The next course starts with an orientation session at 0945 on Friday 8th January 2027.
A £50 deposit will secure your place and full payment is due two weeks prior to the start date. To book, please use the booking widget below to select the 8-week group mindfulness course option listed for the date on which the course starts.
Concessionary and Corporate Rates: We believe than no-one should be unable to take a mindfulness course due to lack of financial resources, and therefore we offer a number of concessionary places.. We are also able to offer one fully sponsored place for a registered carer on each course. Please contact us for further information on concessionary and sponsored places. We also accept invoices from employers subject to our corporate rates.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that we are unable to offer transfers or refunds less than two weeks before the start date of your course, or once a course has begun.
