Mindful Mornings

Mindful Mornings offer an opportunity for a half-day of group practice, socialising and discussion with others who have completed a mindfulness course. They are held monthly on either a Wednesday or Thursday morning from 10am-1pm. Wednesday sessions can be attending either in-person in the Jacobean Hall at the Old School in Cuckfield or online via Zoom. From February 2025, Thursday sessions can be attending online via Zoom only.

Mindful Morning sessions cost £30 per session and can be booked individually on the graduate homepage - however, there is currently a discount offer (£25 per session) for booking all of the 2025 Wednesday and/or Thursday sessions in advance. If you'd like to block-book the sessions in advance, please choose the first date of the set of sessions (Weds 29 Jan or Thurs 27 Feb 2025) on the booking system on the graduates homepage and select the 5xmindful mornings option. You are welcome to block book both the Wednesday and Thursday sessions.
