Mindful Mornings

Mindful Mornings offer an opportunity for a half-day of group practice, socialising and discussion with others who have completed a mindfulness course. They are held on five Wednesday mornings a year from 10am-1pm and can be attended either in-person in the Jacobean Hall at the Old School in Cuckfield or online via Zoom.

Mindful Morning sessions cost £30 per session and can be booked individually on the graduate homepage.
