Group Mindfulness Mentoring
Could you benefit from a shared space where you can explore and learn from the experience of bringing mindfulness to everyday life? If so, you might like to join our new Mindfulness Mentoring group, which will run monthly on Thursday mornings from 9.45-11.45am.. Rather than a set agenda for each session, in this group the invitation will be to bring the lens of mindfulness to whatever is coming up in our lives and look spontaneously at how we might respond skilfully.
Whether it's working with behavioural habits, managing thoughts and emotions, staying present during difficulties, practising appreciation or showing up in relationships or work, each group member will have opportunities to share what's alive for them, and we'll use the principles and practices of mindfulness to learn from and support each other. There will be guided meditations tailored to what shows up in each session, as well as opportunities to make practice commitments and report back on what we discover in-between sessions. The group is open to anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course or who has equivalent experience.

Dates and Times: Third Thursday morning of each month from June-December 2026 (except August), 9.45-11.45am. Starts Thursday June 18th. Book your place with a £20 deposit on the graduate home page.
