Group Mindfulness Mentoring
Would you benefit from a space where you can share, explore and learn from the challenges and delights of bringing mindfulness to everyday life? If so, you might like to join our new Mindfulness Mentoring group, which will run monthly from June 2026, on Thursday mornings from 9.45-11.45am. Rather than a set agenda for each session, in this group the invitation will be to bring the lens of mindfulness to whatever is coming up in our lives and look spontaneously at how we might respond skilfully.
Whether it's working with behavioural habits, managing thoughts and emotions, staying present during difficulties, practising appreciation or showing up in relationships or work, each group member will have opportunities to share what's alive for them, and we'll use the principles and practices of mindfulness to learn from and support each other. There will be guided practices tailored to what shows up in each session, as well as opportunities to make practice commitments and report back on what we discover in-between sessions.
