Mindful Monday Practice Sessions via Zoom (also in-person from January 2024)

These Monday mindfulness sessions are a space for anyone interested in mindfulness practice to meet together and experience guided meditation, short talks on aspects of mindfulness training, inquiry and discussion. They are open to everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners, although most people who attend have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. In 2022/2023, these sessions will take place monthly via Zoom on the second Monday evening of each month from 7-8.15pm UK time. The sessions can be booked individually for £10 per session.

In 2024, the sessions will be held via Zoom and in-person at the Old School, Cuckfield, on the third Monday evening of each month between 7.00-8.30pm UK time (no session in July or August). There is currently a reduced price offer of £11 per session for those able to book for all ten 2024 Monday sessions in advance. Please note that we cannot take payment on the night, and are unable to offer refunds or transfers on individual bookings less than two weeks before the event. We are not able to offer refunds on block-booked sessions.
